Well, i'm trying something new here and this event is a bit of a test so hopefully this will receive some positive feedback.
This tourney is gonna add some mechanics(I think that what you call this?) to the game that obviously weren't there before in addition to some other things.
And before I get into the rules, I just wanna say that this tourney will once again allow participation from members and staff alike.

This will be a new concept so if there is anything that doesnt make sense because of a lack of explanation or you just dont understand, feel free to post your questions in this topic or send me a private message. It's pretty simple though so hopefully you won't have to do that.
Rules
When doing any of these actions, the set number of counters will be removed from your field. Also keep in mind that adding or removing these counters does not start a chain and there is nothing you can do in response to them. And that these counters are unaffected by the effects of Counter Cleaner or other cards with similar effects. Razz
Ways to use counters
-  SS Counter(special summon counter) required to ss a monster(s) from hand/deck/grave/banish zone
- 2 SS counters required to summon a monster(s) from your extra deck(face-up pendulum monsters are excluded from this rule and will only cost 1 counter)
- 1 spell/trap counter(ST Counter) needed to activate any spell/trap cards from the hand or field (you do NOT need a ST counter to activate the effects of a face-up continuous spell/trap or activate the effect of a spell/trap card in the grave/banish zone
Ways to gain counters
- On EP, turn player gains 1 SS token
- On successful direct attack turn player gains 1 SS token
- On standby phase, turn player gains 2 ST Counters
- When an opponent's monster(s) is destroyed by monster effect or spell/trap caard controlled by turn player and sent to the graveyard, turn player gains 1 ST Counter
- Monster zone and ST zone is limited to 4. You will use the additional space as an area to keep track of counters.

These conditions will be active throughout the whole tourney and also a bit of a test c:
- All monsters under turn player's control gain 50 ATT x level/rank during their battle phase(this attack gain is active only through the bp and is removed at the end of bp)
- Once per turn, defense position monsters cannot be destroyed by an opponents spell or trap card effects
------------------------------------------------------------ Normal stuff now
- Games must be held on DN, match(2/3), watcher chat allowed
- Deck must follow the current ban list, only TCG allowed
-  Remember to screen your victories and post them in this topic so that I may move the victor up
- Disconnection will result in the person in question suffering a round loss unless both players agree the disconnected player would have won, and in this case just go on to the next round with siding and same deck

Rewards

1st place - Permanent Glow of participant's choice, 500 TP
2nd place - 31 day glow, 200 TP
3rd and 4th - A deck from me(assuming you want it) and 100 TP

;-; This is by no means a speed duel. You need counters to make a lot of your plays and forgot to add something. Monster zone and ST zone is limited to 4. You will use the additional space as an area to keep track of counters. So read rules over one more time then tell me if you still wanna join because this will be slower then normal games.

It only shows him in the finals because of the small amount of participants. Once we get more, there will be actual rounds e.e Also, everyone up until now added.
