The dorm placement test will consist of a match on DN, YgoPro, Devpro and will test dueling skills/rulings/construction/playability.
Rules for Testing: Alternative/Automatic Win ("Exodia", Mill, Stall, Burn, Kozmos, Majespectors, Infernoids, and Satellarknights) are banned decks and will results in an auto 0 for deck Construction. TCG/OCG cards are allowed for the match. The student may choose to be auto placed if so inform an admin, if the duel results in a d/c it results in 1 game loss unless the tester agrees to start over. If you must leave during the duel for whatever reason it will result in auto placement in Red Ninja Dorm
Duel Location: DN
(Dn, YGOPro, Devpro etc.)
Tester Deck: Mecha Phantom Beast
Testee Deck: Gusto
Duel Control: 10/20
(How well did your opponent fair in the match?)
First round he/she opened shit so no control on that one, 2nd round we both drew ok-ish so went back and forth a bit while mostly staying with them, 3rd round I drew my backrow and had most of the control from start to finish
(0-2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20)
Match Results: 10/20
Win/Loss Ratio
1:2=10/20
Duelist Skill(Based on play style) 15/15 - They're skill as a player/duelist is pretty high
Rulings: 10/10 ( Any noticeable mistakes with card rulings during the duel.)
Deck Construction: 20/20 (Judges the necessary means for a fluent deck such as a 40 card main deck, side deck, and extra deck, also making sure that each card is consistent with the type of built deck. This will make up a massive part of your grade.) I cant say much since I dont know my gustos too well but this is one fine gusto deck so full points :L Though maybe try siding maxx c? I dont think it would be a bad option as instant +2/3 is always nice. Not that your deck needs draw power. As far as main deck goes though, I believe it is good as it gets.
Siding: 11/15 - Made no sides because MPB arn't often used(or more like arnt used at all?) and they had few useful sides they could make, though they still had some options I feel should have been sided in. For example, d.d. crow. 0-lion is an important play maker in MPB and while banishing it from grave wouldnt cripple me, it would still slow me down a turn. So - points for that one. Then I suppose you could side TK in as that would stop all my xyz plays other than dracossack and stop my searches with raptor but it would be relatively easy for me to get rid of so I understand not putting that one in. For everything else though, no reason to side it.
Awareness: 10/10
Misplays: 0/0 (If any misplays are found they must be recorded and docked 5 pts.)
Response: 10/10 (Testee ability to respond to situations on the field.) Gustos dont need to respond to everything. Even so, they had a a selection of hand traps and (small amount of)powerful backrow so for the moves you absolutely had to avoid, they would often have responses.
Attitude: 10/10
Overall Skill: 10/10
2-4-6-8-10 (Based on how well the tester thought you did)
