Looking For War Advisors

As you can tell, we are looking for students yellow or higher to apply for War Advisor. This academy has not had a war for a while, but we have been getting a lot of requests from other academies to have a war with us, but we do not have a war advisor, nor do we have a war team. So we are looking for someone active, someone who has good decision making, and someone who's is willing to do the job well (might as well make me Ozpin)
