Reapers admin app revised

First of all srry but i dont spell well and i tend to run in  circles some times and write in fragments when im strapped for time like this, so if its bad grammer and fragment senteces i srry ahead of time, this is due to an actual learning disability that i cannot be held responcible for, and point #2 im only aplying for the admin position of coder, i will try to do anything im told but as far as my officail position i only want the coder position
Application for Admin:
1. Why you wish to be a Admin?
with the recent step down of Aizen you guys need a coder and given my "job" as a mod and the acting head of the coder section i figured id offer my talent as a coder seeing as how i know a good amount about coding and you have no one else who does and i cant use my talents as anything less than an admin as only admins can acess the css sheet

2. Any Previous Admin/Founder experience?
yes i have been a admin in 9+ places idk the names of them all but can tell you some if u wish

3. Have you read over the NADA Rules/Guidelines and understand the rules entirely?
I am a mod so i would hope so, and yes i have

4. How active are you?
this will be discussed in more detail later in this app as i must admit i am not as active as i can be

5. Any Previous Coding/GFX experience, if so provide some examples?
Well considering im the mod in charge of coding and acting head of coding this is a silly question, however i cannot do art at all

6. Any previous staff history?
Yes i am a mod as it stands

7. What can you do for the academy as an Admin?
everything except gfx however ill focus on coding

8. As admin you're required to have a higher standard here on the forum are you prepared for this commitment?
Yes i am

9. Do you feel you're trust worthy?
I do however that is truely up to the council

11. As Admin you will be tasked with the responsibility to participate in weekly meetings and be able to contact the other admins thus Skype meetings will be necessary, are you prepared to devote time to meetings?
Yes i am

12. To insure we can get into contact a Skype interview will be necessary are you prepared to do this.

13. Finally as Admin what are you prepared to offer to the table as far as academy organization goes, will you be able to take charge in a certain department? examples: Testing, Recruiting, Security, Graphics?
Coding as i have stated manhy times in this app

now for a secondary part, i feel i owe an explination
i shall in this part explain my inactivity and what not
the reason i appear so inactive is im a day warrior with a life, i am active when no other mods or admins are on as thats when im actually needed. aizen was by far the most active admin so i was needed for nothing reguarded his coding as he was always on. plus as it stands i cannot access the code as a mod so my main job as a mod was a farce. so my real job as a mod was to watch the chat box for problems and thats it. which im not gunna lie i saw little point in as all night most of the people on are staff of mod or admin status. there for for me to sit there and watch the screen when 50% or more of the people are doing the same is pointless so i would spend the day on here until another mod or admin got on then leave to do my own life, uk gf, school work and irl work. so thats why i appear inactive......
however as an admin i could actually do my job and have more sway so i would put this higher on my buket list and spend much more time here, thank you for your time and consideration and have a good day

While I do have to say, this application is not on the short side, and it seems like you try your best to answer these questions. The downside is that there could have been a lot more details to this app, and spacing could have been a lot better as I have said on other apps. The spelling errors are quite obvious as well and are widespread within this app, but it seems like you can't help that. And while you haven't done much as a moderator, it seems like the explanation you have given makes it reasonable enough. However app aside, I don't know your abilities as a coder, and I have yet to see you in more action, Also activity could be a problem. As of right now, my opinion is divided, but it seems like I will have to deny this app, but maybe later I will change my answer

The answers to the questions are terse and immature. From looking at the app, it seems like you aren't taking it seriously or that because you are a mod you automatically will get it. You also seem stand-offish. You should answer an application as if you are selling your self. You have a lot to learn.
