2. im skilled at using various decks, i am about equal in dueling skills to current testers, there are many times where no one is on but me and some one needs testing , im one of the oldest active members on

Unfortunately their isn't enough evidence here provided in the application to convince me and the other staff that you are ready to handle the position.
